The croft is situated in an elevated position with views out over Loch Shin, the surrounding hills and countryside.
The land is mainly heather with self seeded birch, scots pine and other native species growing on site. There is evidence of peat on site which may interest crofters cutting peat for their own fuel needs (Indepdent Checks should be carried out). An access road has been constructed from the main road to the house plot and then continuing along part of the southern boundary of the croft.
Mains Water and Electric is nearby on the access track to the property from the main road. Broadband is showing as available.
Croit Pasqaule is situated just of the A838 at Achnairn near the Village of Lairg in The Highland’s of Scotland. Lairg is approximately 5 miles from the site and offers local shop, takeaway, cafe, petrol station and other retailers.
Open viewing is available at Croit Pasqaule, however, please let us know before you visit.
Please also be mindful about keeping the countryside how you found it, gates left how you found them etc.
