However BestMoov reserves the right to keep information for longer if we feel that this is in the legitimate interests of BestMoov.

Website analytics

We use multiple web analytics tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics, and Social Media platforms to collect information about how you interact with our website or mobile applications, including what pages you visit, what site you visited prior to visiting our website, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use and network and IP information.

We use the information provided by these tools to improve our Services. These tools place persistent cookies in your browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website. Each cookie cannot be used by anyone other than the service provider (ex: Google for Google Analytics).

The information collected from the cookie may be transmitted to and stored by these service partners on servers in a country other than the country in which you reside. Anti Money Laundering

In addition to our property related service we have to comply with certain regulations, for example the “Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (referred to as “the Regulations)”.  BestMoov and other subsidiaries are required to obtain specific information from you to comply with the Regulations and will not be shared with any other party outside of the companies wholly owned by Best Moov Ltd, unless we are required to do so by Law.  

In order to comply with the Regulations Best Moov Ltd and or wholly owned subsidiaries will require two separate forms of identification.  One primary and one secondary document, even if it appears on boths lists. This information may be required at various stages of the process depending whether you are:

  10. Valid Local Authority Bus pass

  11. Department for Works & Pensions letter confirming pension details including National Insurance Number dated within the last 12 months.

Secondary documents - proof of address (home)

  1. Valid full UK photo Driving Licence.
  2. Valid full UK Driving Licence (Non photo, paper) issued before 1998

  3. Local authority council tax bill (dated within the last 12 months).

  4. UK Bank or Building societies statements/bills showing activity, dated within the last six months. Including account number and sort code. (Internet printed acceptable.)

  5. UK mortgage statement (dated within the last 12 months.) (Internet printed acceptable.)

  6. Utility bill dated within the last 6 months including - Electricity bill (with MPAN number), Landline, Gas, Satellite TV, Water. (Internet printed acceptable.) (Not mobile phone bills.)

  7. Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Inland Revenue (IR) Coding/assessment /statement (dated within the last 12 months) with National Insurance number.

  8. Department for Works & Pensions letter confirming pension details and NI Number. (Dated within the last 12 months).

Lawful basis of processing Best Moov Ltd processes your information under the following

  1. Performance of a contract: where you enter into a contract with BestMoov and we need to process your information as part of this contract

  2. Legitimate interests: some information is processed by BestMoov as part of its legitimate interests which include :Fraud, risk assessment, due diligence, network and information security, suppressions and managing opting out of communications , profiling , direct marketing, monitoring, web analytics, cloud storage, acquisitions, updating customer details, lettings, sales, financial services and other core products and service provided by the data controller

  3. Public interest: some information is processed in accordance public interest such as relocations

  4. Consent : where we process information under consent we will seek you clear and unambiguous consent prior to processing your data
